NEIGHBOR SAFETY: City of Pearl Ordinance 38-157 (a) prohibits the use of motorized vehicles (ATV, GOLF CART) without a proper driver’s license. No ATV, golf cart or other motorized vehicle is allowed on Country Place Homeowners Association property: grassy common areas, bridges, levee or dam. AFTER SUNSET, motorized vehicles without proper lights and turn signals are prohibited from operating on City streets.
