Things like: Room Addition, Fence/Patio/Deck Addition, Screened Porch, Garage Expansion/Addition, Driveway Improvement, Landscaping Improvement, Gazebo, Permanent Swing Set, Pool, etc. The application is at: countryplacehomeowners.com under Our Neighborhood, then click on Architectural Review. Email it to jbourgeois2@comcast.net or drop off at 737 Pine Valley Drive, along with color samples, etc.
